The Common Council approved a final developers agreement to complete the Creekide subdivision additions on East Aora Road and South River Road.
City staff told the council the original subdivision approvals dated to 2004 for a 274‑lot development; the current agreement covers the final phase—77 lots—and establishes the rights‑of‑way connections that will provide two additional access points into the neighborhood. The developers agreement spells out the rights, restrictions and obligations for completing subdivision improvements.
"Today we're asking for consideration of the final developers agreement for Creekide subdivision," staff said in presenting the packet. After a motion, second and brief check for questions, the council voted to approve the agreement.
Staff indicated the agreement is standard in form and consistent with prior developer agreements the council has approved during the overall subdivision build‑out. The plan commission will see related site plans for the skate park and other items as those applications advance.
