City Manager Conrad said, "I want to commend the union, Director Widman and Chief Wilson on getting this completed. This contract keeps us competitive. They have been going without a contract since May. This contract will take us into 2027." The council recorded no nays.
What happens next: Human Resources and department leadership will implement the contract provisions and the city will process wage and benefit changes according to the agreement’s timeline.
