City staff and commissioners explained that obtaining an ongoing alcohol license and converting to a different use would require a separate state/local licensing process and potentially a special exception before this body.
Commissioners moved to approve case 2604PC051 with the conditions listed in the technical report; the motion was seconded and the application was approved by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Staff reminded the applicant that any future requests for alcohol service or a change to a bar use would require distinct approvals outside this case.
