Resident tells Collierville board mold, HVAC failures persist at rental property; requests accountability

Ray said she is not seeking monetary compensation in this forum but demands that the landlord fulfil maintenance responsibilities after continued rent payments. Town staff responded that code enforcement and development services have worked with Ray and have exhausted remedies available to the town, and that the town is coordinating with Shelby County contacts as appropriate.
