The committee, chaired in the meeting by Trustee Ben Jarvis, approved the January Check Register after a motion by Trustee Jarvis and a second from Trustee Scott Adkins; the motion carried 4-0. The committee also moved, seconded and approved a recommendation to accept the 2025 fourth‑quarter investment report and the 2024 surplus allocation (allocation amount not specified in the minutes).
Resolutions approved for recommendation to the Village Board included Resolution No. 26-01, the 2026 annual designation of public depositories and approval of other financial institutions for investment; Resolution No. 26-02, to rescind taxes under Wis.
