SARB notes Sunday alcohol-license items and upcoming Plaiderday Chili Crawl

During the Jan. 8 SARB meeting Marketing Director deRoo updated members on new businesses and license activity downtown.
deRoo said a Sunday alcohol license is ready to issue to Gritzmaker after a state processing glitch; Tripel Root has also applied for a Sunday alcohol license. The board did not take a formal vote on either license during the Jan. 8 meeting.
Members also noted that 17 E. Main (El Rancho) will have a salon in the northwest corner of the building, and that the Plaiderday Chili Crawl community event is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 21.
