Malden Park Board: splash pad nearing completion as utilities and fencing are finalized

Contractors have poured concrete, installed the PLC box, and run the water line; the electric department is working to provide power. Smith and David Blalock said they are looking at installing a black chain-link fence around the feature. Smith described completing the splash pad as the current priority.
