Administrators told the board they had begun revenue modeling and estimated roughly $2 million in tax revenue attributable to the project, but emphasized timing and occupancy rates will determine the district's near‑term obligations for transportation and services. Board members asked staff to contact the third‑party manager handling applications and to request regular updates on occupancy and CO/COs (certificates of occupancy) so the district can adjust routes and capacity in real time.
No vote was taken; the board directed staff to continue monitoring development milestones and enrollment and to prepare operational plans for additional transportation and potential staffing needs.
