"We have not received any written comment on that," Emily said during the committee presentation, and the committee recommended adoption before the board acted unanimously at the special meeting.
The board recorded no public comments on the item at the special meeting. Adoption authorizes staff to submit the federal grant application and proceed with program implementation under the terms the township presented in April. The committee and board discussion did not specify project-level allocations in this meeting; those are contained in the action plan materials on file with planning staff.
The resolution passed by show of hands with no recorded no votes or abstentions. The township will now proceed with filing the CDBG application and related assurances with the federal program.
