Broadview approves two new business licenses for a mini market and a restaurant-supplies distributor

Convenience and More LLC, doing business as Express Mini Mark, received board approval to operate a mini market at 1726 West Roosevelt Road. Miss Sanders of the village building department described the business as a grocery/mini market; after discussion the license passed on a 4–1 roll-call vote, with Trustee Wimper recorded as the sole 'no'.
The board also approved a license for Sync Trading Corp., doing business as Sync Commercial Supply, a wholesale distributor of disposable food and restaurant supplies at 2000 South 25th Avenue, Unit 117. Miss Sanders said the applicant met Broadview codes and compliance requirements; the motion carried 4–0.
Both approvals were processed during the new-business portion of the agenda; the board did not attach additional conditions beyond standard code compliance and did not identify any new local fiscal commitments tied to the licenses at this meeting.
