Foxborough selectmen approve earlier alcohol service at Patriot Place for Jan. 18

A committee member moved to permit extended hours for the following establishments at Patriot Place: Archelito's Takaria (265 Patriot Place); Fat Tuesday (26 Patriot Place); Red Robin America’s Gourmet Burgers and Spirits (2011 Patriot Place); Six Strings Grill (275 Patriot Place); Saga Habachi Steakhouse (295 Patriot Place); Spitzville House of the Moon (220 Patriot Place); The Scorpion Bar and Mexican Cantina (253 Patriot Place); and Wormtown Brewery (250 Patriot Place). The motion specified service of alcohol accompanied by food starting at 10:00 a.m. on Jan. 18, 2026.
The motion was seconded. Doc conducted a roll call: Selectmen Stephanie, Bill and Mark each voted yes, producing a unanimous 3-0 approval. The board had three members present (Stephanie, Doc via Zoom and the chair) and two members absent.
After the vote the chair said the business was concluded and the board moved to adjourn. A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by the same 3-0 roll call.
The meeting was broadcast live and recorded by Foxborough Cable Access. No other items were discussed during the special session.
