Township hears updates on Audubon subdivision, Sunnybrook lot and Calvary Chapel parking plan

Township Engineer Nick Perilli updated the board on multiple development matters at the Feb. 2 meeting.
Perilli said he met with the developer, engineer and attorney for the Audubon land development project—a proposed subdivision of 67 single-family dwellings near Romig and Bleim Roads—and that the project is at the sketch phase with monthly coordination meetings planned. Perilli said the next Audubon coordination meeting is set for Feb. 19.
He also reported that the owner of 50 Sunnybrook Road submitted a Stormwater and Grading Permit Application proposing to build a house behind the Ballroom; that application is under review. Perilli said he and Manager Wagner met last week with the engineer for Calvary Chapel, which purchased an adjacent vacant lot and has submitted plans to expand its parking; that plan is also under review.
Wagner said the Piazza Group will meet with the township on Feb. 13 to discuss land development and an approximately one-acre parcel needed to do the eastbound ramp on Route 422.
What happens next: the township will continue monthly review meetings for Audubon, review the Sunnybrook permit application, and continue plan review for Calvary Chapel and the Piazza Group submissions.
