Lower Pottsgrove adopts 2021 Uniform Construction Code

The Lower Pottsgrove Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance 374 on Feb. 2 to enact the 2021 Uniform Construction Code for the township.
Solicitor Jamie Ottaviano told the board the ordinance had been properly advertised and was ready for final adoption. Commissioner William Keohane moved approval; Commissioner Robert Mohollen seconded and the measure passed unanimously, 4-0.
No amendments were recorded during the adoption. The clerk will publish the ordinance and the municipal office will proceed with code administration under the new standard as required by law.
