Applicant Lee Dong said he supplied copies to zoning staff but the board and staff reported that architectural title blocks or signatures were missing from the copies they received. Board members emphasized the need for a licensed architect or paid professional who can explain elevations, setbacks and engineering details and asked the applicant to provide 12 copies of each plan to the clerk ahead of the July 8 hearing.
Board counsel and staff warned that failure to appear on July 8 or to file required plan sets could result in dismissal of the application. The applicant asked for time to arrange submission; the board carried the application to July 8 at 7:30 p.m.
