Committee approves budget amendments, developer agreement and sewer contract

Alder Madden moved approval; Alder Baines seconded and the motion passed.
The committee approved an agreement with Visu Sewer LLC for sanitary sewer rehabilitation near Middleton Springs in an amount not to exceed $35,700. Alder Madden moved on behalf of Public Works and Alder Baines seconded. Committee members asked whether the sewer work related to the 2023 Middleton Springs reconstruction; staff said the affected section sits behind private businesses and was not part of that prior road contract.
Finally, the committee approved a $28,600 quote from Century Fence for fencing at Pleasant View Golf Course, a purchase aligning with the earlier budget amendment.
