River Ridge CDD adopts loan amendment and approves $173,367.78 ditch-cleaning contract

Immediately afterward, the board approved an MRI Construction, Inc. estimate for dry retention flow-way ditch cleaning adjacent to River Course Hole #6 through #8 in the amount of $173,367.78. Mr. Krebs presented the estimate and addressed scope questions; the minutes record: "On MOTION by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Twombly, with all in favor, the MRI Construction, Inc. Estimate ... in the amount of $173,367.78, was approved." Staff noted loan proceeds will cover the drainage projects and that an irrigation project was included with a 10% contingency.
