Commissioners award Nadine Street drainage project to Premium Services for $115,090.50

Adam Via, Department of Infrastructure Planning and Growth, told the board the work is intended to improve runoff that has been ponding in a private residence driveway. After earlier in the meeting the board sent the bids to public works for review, Via returned with a recommendation to award to the low bidder, Premium Services, for $115,090.50. A motion to approve the award passed by unanimous voice vote.
County officials said public works will proceed with contract finalization and the project will address localized drainage problems; no additional funding sources were specified in the meeting.
