The board voted to open and then close the public hearing without comment, adopt the amended findings and conditions, and grant final approval. The recorded vote on the motion to grant final subdivision approval was 4–0 (Chris Gagnen, Jim Moyer, Jeff Brchu and Chair Matt Pvenzel voting yes).
What’s next: The approval is subject to the conditions the board adopted tonight (including the wetland delineation language). Staff will follow up on any ministerial items needed for recording and permitting, and the project may proceed to the construction permitting stage in accordance with those conditions.
