The board separately waived competitive bidding for availability reasons and approved purchase of one used 2022 Diamond Mowers 25-2004 60" mulcher with carbide teeth from Murphy Tractor & Equipment (Topeka, Kansas) for $26,500.00 from the same line item. The board approved and authorized the chairman to sign a Kansas Department of Transportation agreement (Project No. 16 C-5348-01) for federal-aid construction engineering inspection services to replace County Bridge 2 (located about 5.5 miles east and 0.8 miles north of Lebo).
