Commissioners signed off on conditional use permits for Bennett (hardship) and DeAngelo (mobile home), rezoning ordinances including PZ 25-50 (Matthew's Acres, Lot 1), PZ 26-16 (New Garden School Replat, Lot 2A) and PZ 26-18 (Berry Ranch, Lots 1 & 2), and multiple plats such as Stoney Bluff replats, Gant Acres and others. The commission also remanded a zoning request regarding Mc6 Cattle Proposed Lot 4 back to the Planning & Zoning Board and scheduled it for further review at the Planning & Zoning meeting on June 1, 2026.
The approvals were handled in routine motions with no extended public debate recorded in the meeting minutes. The commission clerk recorded the signatures and court orders needed to complete the filings. No dollar amounts or special conditions beyond those noted in the Planning & Zoning presentation were recorded in the minutes.
