Councilor Regan moved to approve the transfer, citing Wyoming statutory factors and directing the clerk’s office to issue the license only after required town permits are obtained and any minor corrections by staff or the Wyoming Liquor Division are completed. The motion—seconded by another councilor—passed unanimously.
The council closed the public hearing after brief favorable comments from Councilor Schechter and the applicant, who noted the winery’s unique status in Wyoming and community support.
