Preston CAC approves minutes and appoints Ray Offenbacher as regular member, Aimee Allaire as alternate

The Preston Conservation and Agricultural Commission approved its Nov. 24, 2025 meeting minutes and completed several membership actions at its March 9 special meeting.
Early in the session Chair Gary Piszczek reinstated Lynwood Crary and Matthew Snurkowski as regular members. Later in the meeting, a motion by Gary Piszczek, seconded by Lynwood Crary, moved Ray Offenbacher to a regular member seat and made Aimee Allaire an alternate. The motion carried by voice vote: 'All in favor, motion carries.'
The commission recorded Margaret Gibson’s resignation and noted two members (Sandy Pimentel and Ted Zajac) as excused. No additional personnel actions were taken.
