Cody Marxer, Madison County planning director, presented the subsequent major subdivision proposal and noted staff and the Planning Board recommended approval.
The proposal subdivides one tract that contained ten residential condo units into 13 lots: ten residential single-family lots and three utility lots, according to Marxer’s presentation to the board. Commissioner William A. Todd moved to approve the amended plat; Commissioner Duke W. Gilman seconded and the motion passed with all three commissioners voting yes.
