The Village of North Fond du Lac Board of Trustees approved a series of routine resolutions and consent items at its March 18, 2024 meeting.
Consent agenda: Trustees approved the minutes of the March 4, 2024 meeting, authorized invoices, approved hires (Todd Stettbacher as DPW Foreman; Jonathon Schalk as Crewperson III—Utilities; Kaci Norton as Custodian) and granted several operator licenses. Trustee Mike Will moved approval; Trustee Ann Price seconded. The motion passed with a 5-0 vote.
Resolutions: The board approved four appropriation resolutions for municipal utilities—Resolution-01-2024 (Water Utility), Resolution-02-2024 (Wastewater Utility), Resolution-03-2024 (Storm Water Utility)—and Resolution-04-2024 proclaiming Arbor Day on April 26, 2024. Each resolution was moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes and carried by unanimous recorded votes of the five trustees present.
ARPA allocation: The board approved Resolution-05-2024 authorizing the designation of American Rescue Plan Act funds of up to $3,255 to purchase cellular data boosters for Fire and EMS apparatus. Trustee Chuck Hornung moved approval; Trustee John Duffy seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
Adjournment: Trustee Ann Price moved to adjourn; Trustee John Duffy seconded. The meeting adjourned at 7:18 PM following a recorded 5-0 vote.
