The motion passed with three votes in favor and one abstention from Vice Chair Peter Torosian (vote: 3–0–1).
The board did not adopt a specific contract or vendor at the meeting; the approved motion authorizes staff to solicit bids and return with pricing and recommendations for later action. An item related to fire department radios was tabled pending more information.
