Chairman Christopher Gaudet told members the commission has advocated for a separate $45,000 line item in the Highway Department budget for the next four years to address sidewalk work.
John Winckle, property manager for Carriage Square at 38 West Main Street, reached out to the commission with questions about ADA compliance during apartment remodeling. Chairman Gaudet recommended that Winckle consult an architect and the town Building Inspector for technical guidance.
