- Budget revisions and appropriations (Items 4a–4c): The board adopted a $57,500 budget realignment in Community Development/Environmental Quality for Marine Resources Committee funding (4a); adopted a $309,571 reduction to general fund reserves to capture first‑quarter payroll underspend (4b); and approved a $4,000 supplemental appropriation to Superior Court under a Family Juvenile Court Improvement Plan amendment (4c). All passed by voice vote.
