Trustee Bob Nash moved and Trustee Tamara Pollnow seconded approval of the April 6 and April 13, 2026 Village Board minutes; the board recorded "All ayes" and the motion carried. Trustee Troy McReynolds moved, and Trustee Kelli Dunham seconded, to accept the annual committee, commission and board appointments listed in the meeting packet; that motion also carried with "All ayes."
The board conducted a swearing-in for newly seated trustees Bob Nash, Kelli Dunham and John Todryk. The minutes state that the board received various monthly staff and standing or ad hoc committee reports but do not provide substantive detail about those reports.
During the public appearances portion of the meeting, Caryl Perrin (720 Trailview Crossing) noted the 250th anniversary of the United States. Bob Jones (713 Apple Orchard Dr) asserted that a judge has authority over the court clerk; the minutes do not record a response to that claim.
