The Village of Waterford Special Village Board on May 26 appointed Trustee John Todryk as the independent review officer for a Request for Review by resident Michael Billetdeaux of a Board of Appeals determination dated April 22, 2026, the board’s minutes show.
President Adam Jaskie opened the meeting at 5:00 p.m. and confirmed trustees Bob Nash, Pat Goldammer, Tamara Pollnow, Troy McReynolds, Kelli Dunham and John Todryk were present, along with Attorney Todd Terry. During the public-appearance portion, resident Michael Billetdeaux of 707 Bass Drive registered opposition to a proposed appointment of Todd Terry as the Independent Review Officer.
After the public comment, Trustee Tamara Pollnow moved and Trustee Bob Nash seconded that the board accept the May 11 special meeting minutes; the motion passed unanimously. Later, President Jaskie moved and Trustee Pat Goldammer seconded a motion to appoint Trustee John Todryk as Independent Review Officer for Billetdeaux’s Request for Review of the Board of Appeals determination dated April 22, 2026. The motion carried by unanimous vote.
The board then voted to convene in executive session at 5:12 p.m. under Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment-related matters for an administrator executive search and under Section 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate purchase of public property; the roll-call vote recorded Nash, Goldammer, Pollnow, Jaskie, McReynolds, Dunham and Todryk as voting "aye." The board reconvened into open session at 9:21 p.m.
Following the executive session, President Jaskie moved and Trustee John Todryk seconded a motion directing Chairwoman Tamara Pollnow to extend an offer on behalf of the Village Board to the selected candidate for the administrator position; the motion carried unanimously.
