Commissioner Timothy Bobroske moved to approve the application as a use of right; Kevin Smail seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Almand reported the family has had the system pumped roughly once a month, which the commission recorded in its review.
The permit was approved as a use of right; no conditions were recorded in the transcript beyond noting TAHD approval. The Commission did not record any objections during the meeting.
