Alderman Dean Marquardt moved to approve the minutes of the April 14, 2026 meeting; Alderman Chuck Bloom seconded. The motion carried 4-2, with Alderman Mike Hallquist and Alderman Catherine Kahler recorded as abstaining.
On the Brookfield Road Rehabilitation Project R-26-04, Alderman Mike Hallquist moved to accept the bid and Alderman Chuck Bloom seconded; the motion carried 6-0. The minutes list the item as a resolution accepting the project bid (R-26-04).
