The Dennis Planning Board reviewed three Chapter 91 coastal applications and approved the board’s Chapter 91 reviews for 39 Albion Way, 16 Woodbine Drive and 11 Thursway at its Oct. 6 meeting.
Paul introduced the projects and noted they are subject to Conservation Commission and harbormaster review. He described the proposals as a new ramp and float in the Bass River (39 Albion Way), a new pier crossing salt marsh at 16 Woodbine Drive, and added float and bulkhead work at 11 Thursway, the latter located in a natural‑heritage/endangered‑species area.
Rick Hamlin moved to approve the Chapter 91 reviews for the three addresses; Betty Nashawaddy seconded. The board recorded votes in favor from Jeff Aldridge, Rick Hamlin, Betty Nashawaddy, Michael McGee and Karina England Quest; the motion passed unanimously. The board noted that Conservation and harbor‑master approvals, and any required mitigation for the site in the natural‑heritage area, remain prerequisites for construction.
Paul told the board he typically reviews DEP Chapter 91 forms and that applicants will also need to secure other agency permits before work may proceed.
