Mark said the council previously adopted a monetary figure for the project and that councilors can revisit that figure during budget development or the next capital facilities planning cycle, which will begin in earnest in July.
No formal council action to fund the library was reported at this meeting; the board discussed that funding sources could include budget adjustments, grants, or other mechanisms but no specific sources were committed during the discussion.
