Separately, Newgent described recurring daytime vandalism at Pioneer Park that appears to involve the same individual. He said the incidents have increased cleanup costs and staff time. He and Park Superintendent Jay Clark discussed deterrent measures including working with Public Safety to deploy cameras and locking restrooms at 7:00 p.m.
