Upper Milford supervisors approve stormwater O&M, Millbrook Farms credit release and routine bills

The Upper Milford Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a set of routine actions at its July 21 meeting, including adopting Resolution No. 2022-033 entering into an operations and maintenance agreement for stormwater facilities at 3910 Mink Road and approving subdivision escrow and maintenance actions for Millbrook Farms VI.
Supervisor Joyce Moore moved and Supervisor John Zgura seconded the motion to adopt Resolution No. 2022-033; the motion carried with all supervisors voting in favor. The resolution implements an operations and maintenance agreement for stormwater controls at 3910 Mink Road; the minutes record no dissent or conditions attached to the motion.
On subdivision business, the board reviewed an engineer's certificate from Township Engineer Jeffery Ott certifying that required improvements in Millbrook Farms VI were sufficiently complete to permit a partial escrow release. The board approved a credit release of $7,432.74, authorized PLGIT escrow check No. 168 in that amount, and approved Tuskes Homes Inc. entering the 18-month maintenance period for improvements along Indian Creek and Sauerkraut Road. The certificate and the minutes note that the escrow fund shall not be reduced below the 18-month maintenance security amount of $3,490.85, which remains in place as required by the Subdivision Improvements Agreement dated August 15, 2019.
At the start of the meeting the board also approved the July 7, 2022 regular meeting minutes and the payment of general fund checks 21396 through 21422 totaling $73,341.86 and acknowledged bank transfers 2022-038 through 2022-042; those motions were made by Supervisor Moore, seconded by Supervisor Zgura and carried unanimously. No executive session was convened and the meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
The board announced that PennDOT will present on Rt. 29/Chestnut Street safety improvements at the August 4 meeting, and library and other routine reports were received during the meeting.
