Chairman Dean Turner moved, and Supervisor Derek Hughes seconded, to close the hearing and the evidentiary record. The hearing closed at 10:16 p.m.; the board said it will deliberate and render a written decision at its June 4, 2026 meeting and will issue that decision within the time frame required by the Municipalities Planning Code.
No written decision or vote on the application was recorded at the May 21 meeting; the board reserved its final action for the scheduled deliberation.
