Preston redevelopment agency hears conveyance update and orders patrols to deter trespassers

At its March 25 meeting the Preston Redevelopment Agency received updates on conveyance planning for project parcels and on site operations.
Chair Sean Nugent reported that Mike Senyk of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection had determined that Parcel 6 and Parcel 4 would have "No Audit" and that the agency hopes Four Point Road will also receive a No Audit determination. Nugent said an April 13 meeting will begin planning for conveyance and the PRA is targeting the end of June or beginning of July to complete conveyance steps.
Frank Ennis reported there was not much to report regarding site cleanup beyond a few minor repairs; he said he has asked Kris Fisher to start making more passes through the area as the weather warms to deter trespassers. Members noted letters received about Two Trees Inn reopening and a request from Brant Behr for an update on site work.
There was no public comment. The meeting adjourned at 7:29 P.M.
