At its March 19, 2026 regular meeting, the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board adopted a series of routine but formal actions including two application-related resolutions and its annual report to the mayor and township committee.
The board approved Resolution #2026‑11 granting PB2025‑04 (Park Grove Development, LLC; Block 16, Lot 5) minor subdivision and preliminary site‑plan approval after Daniels moved the resolution and Kauffman seconded. The roll-call vote listed Cotton, Daniels, Kauffman, Matthias, Nocentino, Silberman, Healey and Grasso in the affirmative and the resolution was adopted.
The board also adopted Resolution #2026‑15, a review and recommendation under N.J.S.A. 40:55D‑31 related to Kingsway Regional High School; Cotton moved and Fluellen seconded and the measure passed by roll call. Finally, the board adopted Resolution #2026‑16, the annual report regarding variances prepared for the Mayor and Township Committee (Cotton moved; Daniels seconded). The roll call on Resolution #2026‑16 recorded nine affirmative votes.
On new business, the sign‑variance application PB 2026‑02 for NVR, Inc. (Woolwich Weatherby Villages) could not be heard because the applicant appeared without legal counsel; the applicant agreed to waive statutory timelines and will appear at the board’s April 2, 2026 meeting. The board took no final action on that item at the March 19 meeting.
With no further business, the Vice Chair called for adjournment; the meeting ended at approximately 8:00 PM. Minutes were submitted by Shannon Kilpatrick, Joint Land Use Secretary, and an audio recording is on file.
