Bayside Architectural Review Committee approves Pelham Parkway addition, Bay Point fence

At its Aug. 5 meeting the Bayside Architectural Review Committee unanimously approved a 934-square-foot single-story addition at 9000 North Pelham Parkway and a 55-lineal-foot black aluminum fence at 1420 East Bay Point Road.
Chairperson John Krampf called the Village of Bayside Architectural Review Committee to order at 5:00 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2024, and recorded a quorum with Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin and Committee Members Marisa Roberts and Kavin Tedamrongwanish present; three members were excused.
Perry Spec, the construction manager for the project at 9000 North Pelham Parkway, described a 934-square-foot single-story addition. Spec said the existing garage will be razed, the existing foundation will be reused to build a new family room, and a new two-car attached garage will be constructed. Homeowner Nate Grace appeared with Spec. Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin moved to approve the project as presented; Committee Member Kavin Tedamrongwanish seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
At 1420 East Bay Point Road, homeowner Jeffrey Harrington presented a proposal to install 55 lineal feet of four-foot-high black aluminum open-design fence to enclose an existing patio. Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin moved to approve the fence as presented; Committee Member Marisa Roberts seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The committee approved the July 22, 2024 meeting minutes by motion of Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin, seconded by Committee Member Kavin Tedamrongwanish. The meeting was adjourned at 5:08 p.m. following a motion by Trustee Liaison Minkin and second by Committee Member Tedamrongwanish, carried unanimously.
