Walworth County Board backs impartial hearing officer in personnel grievance after closed session

The board reconvened in open session about 5:45 p.m. On motion by Supervisor Brian Holt, seconded by Supervisor Dennis G. Karbowski, the board found that the record supports the impartial hearing officer's findings; the motion was approved by voice vote. Corporation Counsel Michael Cotter said he would prepare the order for Chair Rick Stacey's signature and distribution.
