Sherman Blvd. (tenant: Jonathan Fuquay) and 1663 W. Sherman Blvd. for Family Fitness; those permits passed unanimously.
Short-term rental amendment postponed: An amendment to Section 48-1163 ("Short-term rentals") was introduced and a motion to adopt was made by Council Member Sowa, but Council Member Olson then moved to postpone adoption to allow staff additional time to modify the proposal; the postponement was supported by Council Member Jurkas and carried unanimously. City Administrator Anthony Chandler later thanked council members for input and confirmed staff will have additional time to make modifications.
Delinquent bills and adjournment: The council approved certifying delinquent bills to the city's tax roll (moved by Council Member Jurkas; supported by Council Member Kasher) and adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
