The presenter said Martindale is a 2021 graduate of Cassin High School, holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Manchester University, is employed by H & H Landscaping and coaches track and field; both candidates completed background checks and other hiring requirements.
Board members moved, seconded and approved both hires by voice vote. No member requested further investigation or delay; the department noted one upcoming retirement that will reopen a vacancy in roughly two months.
