The township has secured $2,349,139 from awarded grants and other non‑township funds, which the minutes state is about 55% of the total project cost.
Commissioner Sarah Byrnes moved the award; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Demond Mullen and approved by a 7-0 vote. The minutes record the decision as an award to A.H. Cornell as the lowest bidder and list the project cost details and funding sources.
