The committee approved a certificate of appropriateness for a shed at 17 Billy Atwood Road after the returning applicant said he would move the structure back on the lot and provided required elevations.
The applicant told the committee he had forwarded the plan requested by staff and that he believed the revised placement met specifications, explaining he would move the shed back slightly so it would sit behind the house rather than on the side. He noted the shed would be located near the back corner of the house to stay clear of septic systems and said they would remove a couple of trees to fit the structure. The applicant stated the shed dimensions as "12 by 18." The chair confirmed this was a continuation from a prior hearing in which elevations were requested and that the elevations had now been provided.
Jamie Dimas moved to approve the certificate of appropriateness for 17 Billy Atwood Road; Tom seconded and the committee approved the certificate by voice vote. The committee recorded the approval and did not attach additional conditions in the meeting minutes. Any required building permits or inspections will proceed through normal administrative channels.
