Board approves boardroom modernization; contractor to begin work this summer

The contractor said signage quotes presented would keep the project within budget and that the heavy work was planned to start in mid‑August with some painting and wiring potentially beginning in July.
Trustees asked for stain samples to be left on site and for a final decision at the June 15 meeting. The board approved proceeding with the project and asked staff to collect feedback from members about stain and logo options before returning a final design for sign-off.
