The Lincoln County commissioners handled a series of routine procedural and procurement actions during the meeting.
The board approved the May 19 meeting minutes by voice vote. The finance department presented warrant number 55 totaling $422,727.38, which included monthly transfer tax, roughly $100,000 in ARPA funds, three months of a behavioral-health contract, technology purchases, and annual subscriptions; the commission approved the warrant. The board also approved payroll warrant number 11 in the sum of $270,121.90 and received a finance report noting year-to-date spending remains under budget.
The sheriff requested and the board authorized a budgeted payment of $6,624 for cloud storage of body-worn camera and in-car video (year three of a five-year subscription). The administrator presented a firm contract to Steel Landscaping not to exceed $3,500 to repair granite steps between parking lots; the commission approved that payment and the work is expected to be completed before the end of summer.
Planning staff asked the board to table an upcoming BNX award because the awardee was unable to attend; the board voted to table the award for a future meeting.
