The Planning Commission on May 7 approved a four-lot unplatted subdivision submitted by Skies Limit LLC for parcels east of Baker Avenue near Lake Ida. Otto Associates representative Paul Otto reviewed the plan, noting the Enclave development road will serve the lots and that recorded easements cover stormwater ponds.
The Township recommended approval; staff cautioned the Commission about topography, wetlands and lack of specified house sites. Conditions attached to approval require township road acceptance or written confirmation before building permits can be issued, access permits if required, compliance with feedlot regulations, payment of park dedication fees prior to lot transfer, and either avoidance of wetlands or SWCD-approved wetland disturbance. The motion carried unanimously.
