County commissioners deliver interlocal agreement to city proposing transfer of Drainage District territory

The presenter stated the county will transfer the affected area using quitclaim deeds, easements and related assets and handed the original signed interlocal agreement to city staff (Joanna) for presentation to the mayor and further processing.
