Lundberg told council the rate changes had been discussed at the prior meeting and presented the list of adjustments for public review.
On airport matters, Lundberg recommended retaining HW Lochner Inc. to assist the town with Federal Aviation Administration requirements and to pursue grant funding for airport projects. Lundberg also asked the council to ratify the inclusion of Lot 5 in a sale of parcels at the Taylor Airport Industrial Park that had been carried out with prior council approval for Lots 2–4; a title company later sought formal ratification for Lot 5. Council Member Sherry Cosper Duke moved to ratify the sale, April Williams seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
The council conducted each vote without recorded dissent. No roll-call tallies beyond the motion-second and unanimous outcomes were included in the meeting record. The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
