Aubrey, director of the Butte-Silver Bow Public Archives, told the board on May 4, 2026, that 56 people applied for an Administrative Assistant vacancy and that Aubrey and Lindsay had screened applications to a list of six candidates. Interviews were tentatively scheduled for May 13, and board member Abby Peltomaa will serve on the interview panel, the minutes record.
In the Director's Report, Aubrey also said the schedule for the archives' "Hike through History" event is nearly finalized but remains subject to confirmations from two remaining speakers. The minutes reference an attached Director's Report for additional details.
The board also recorded that there were no deaccessions proposed at this meeting.
